The Founder's Journey

Meet Mr. Sibusiso Ntsele.

Born and raised in Zone 7, Sebokeng — a son of the township whose understanding of ordinary South African struggle shaped a different kind of financial vision.

Born and raised in Zone 7, Sebokeng, Mr. Sibusiso Ntsele grew up with a deep understanding of the daily financial struggles faced by ordinary South Africans.

He attended Zithulele Primary School, later continuing his education at Esokwazini Secondary School before studying further at Sedibeng College.

Like many young entrepreneurs, Sibusiso started small — selling clothes to make a living and support himself. His entrepreneurial spirit and determination to think differently would later shape the vision behind Isicholo.

His journey eventually led him into the financial sector, where he worked for Liberty Life selling insurance policies. It was during this period that his passion for numbers, financial education, wealth-building structures, and economic empowerment began to grow.

"Our communities deserve a safer, more meaningful and more human financial model — one built on ownership, patience and real value."
Mr. Sibusiso Ntsele · Founder

Sibusiso saw the need for a model that placed ordinary South Africans at the centre of real economic participation. That conviction became the foundation of Isicholo Investment Stokvel.

Sibusiso's vision was simple but powerful: to create a platform where ordinary South Africans could collectively invest in real opportunities, own real assets, build real businesses, and create genuine economic impact within their communities.
